You can start your own class time: Get a group of six or more together and let me know when and where you would like to meet for a six class series.
Private tuition for individuals, groups and companies for stress management etc.

What to wear?

Warm Yoga mats and cushions for Meditation are available. It’s best to wear something comfortable and flexible. You may also want to bring something warmer to put over during relaxation, a cloth for the yoga mat would be great as well.

It is advisable not to eat for 2 hours before classes.
For any medical conditions/advice please ask your GP if Yoga is right for you.
